The threat to America posed by my colleagues at ThinkProgress is clear:
Yes, that’s right, they “work in the shadows” by posting stuff on the internet for people to read.

Yea, I noticed that too.
I’m thinking of starting a website: unflatteringpicturesofbrownpeople.com . Lots of brown people making weird faces in black and white photos with scary music, and a comment section so people could provide their own conspiracy theories regarding the aforementioned brown individual. Bet I could make some cash.
(The death rattle of the far right is encouraging on one hand, but at some point I fear that an increasingly disenfranchised and alienated far-right movement is gonna turn violent.)

besides this being misleading, it never ceases to amaze that the right doesn’t try to understand why it might be a little tougher to raise money for think tanks that generally support distributive policies, pay lobbyists for left-wing causes like the public option, etc, etc.

Whoever made this video accuses these kids of operating “in the shadows”. Yet there are no credits, no link to a website, nor any responsibility taken whatsoever for making whatever allegation they are making. “In the shadows” indeed.
In addition to being really loathsome, whoever made this video is pretty stupid.

Yeah, I too thought it was a parody when Amanda Terkel popped up. Diminutive, young Asian-American women remind me of grad students, not criminal masterminds, but right-wings appear to make other associations. Maybe she reminds them of the sniper in Full Metal Jacket or something?

Someone needs to edit this video. Seriously. Throw it back at them. Just change Who Will Destroy America and replace with Who Defends America and start the video with Terkel.
I did it in my mind. It made me proud. I even embraced the Americo-Fascist eagle as my own.

I think Billo — who’s a frequent target of ThinkProgress takedowns — frequently features these people on his show as people destroying America. So Billo viewers will know them as some kind of fifth column.
