   A. Sometimes, usually on alternating Tuesdays. Other days, he sends his “global visitors” to sites that say All photos must be taken in the Washington area—including the Maryland and Virginia suburbs—and the photographer must be local.

   I am a huge fan of the transportation blogging. I am a bad photographer so I won’t be submitting anything but transportation issues are a big deal. We need to change our methods of getting to and from places to turn this planet around.

    A complete change in American transportation policy is the cornerstone of energy independence, so I don’t see the transportation issues as being off topic.
